Advising is critical to the successful completion of your degree program in the Department of Agricultural and Applied Economics.  Faculty members in the department serve as advisors and are an excellent source of information, not only to help guide you through your degree program, but also to assist you in career planning.

Each student in the Department is assigned to an academic advisor upon entering one of the departmental academic programs.  If at any point a student wishes to change his/her academic advisor to another faculty member, he/she must obtain the consent of that faculty member.  The new advising faculty member will then change the student's faculty advisor designation on departmental records.  You should plan on meeting with your advisor during the advising period each long semester and periodically if you need assistance.

Undergraduate Degree Program Advising Sheets can be found on the respective degree program page.
