Obtain instructions and submit required materials.  Materials include:

Application fee

A non-refundable graduate application fee of $50.00 is required for U.S. citizens and permanent residents of the United States.  Foreign students will pay $60.00, unless they were an undergraduate student at Texas Tech, in which case they will pay a domestic application fee of $50.00.  This fee must be submitted with the Graduate Application for Admission to Texas Tech and will be required before the application can be processed.

2.    Obtain an application packet from the department.

You can also download the graduate application and/or graduate handbook (the graduate handbook is set up as a booklet so it is best read when printed).   To view the materials online Adobe Acrobat Reader is required.

3.   Once your applications are complete for both the Graduate School and the
        Department of Agricultural and Applied Economics, each unit will evaluate your
        application.  In the interim, you may contact the department with any questions you may have.
